David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has accumulated over 9 years of valuable sales experience within the engineering and recruitment fields. Beginning his career as a Sales Engineer at two distinguished engineering firms, he adeptly marketed components and project solutions to a diverse range of industries including semiconductor, chemical, biopharmaceutical, water & wastewater, and oil & gas.
Transitioning to the realm of recruitment in 2019, David honed his expertise in executive search and contract staffing specifically catering to the evolving demands of the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors across the Asia Pacific region. Widely recognized for his strength in building long-term client relationships, David focuses on placing mid to senior-level professionals across Sales & Business Development, Finance, and Engineering roles, consistently delivering impactful talent solutions that drive business success.

Mr. Sam Ong is a distinguished Infrastructure and Finance leader with over three decades of global experience across the energy and water sectors. Recognized for his contribution to both growth and governance, he scales business platforms with a rigorous focus on sustainability. Sam has held some of the most influential leadership seats in the region.
His career includes high-impact executive roles, such as CFO of Vena Energy, a portfolio company of Global Infrastructure Partners, the largest renewable energy IPP in the region, as well as CFO of SMRT Corporation. Currently, he continues to lend his expertise to the infrastructure sector as an Advisory Board Member at Ditrolic Energy, a portfolio company of Blackrock, and an Independent Director of Tritech Group Limited listed in SGX.

Mr. Jerry Ku is a distinguished finance and operations leader with extensive experience steering multi-industry businesses, with a primary focus on the Energy sector including Renewables, Grid Solutions, and Industrial Applications. He specializes in driving financial excellence across complex product, project, and solution-based business models.
He has held pivotal executive positions, including Regional Finance Director of Mainstream Renewable Power and Regional CFO, APAC of Siemens Gamesa. His strategic footprint includes leading regional expansions and spearheading optimization programs focused on productivity and post-merger integration, while providing critical financial due diligence for significant global M&A acquisitions across the APAC region.
