This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a technical background, eager to grow within a structured, international environment. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and offering tailored technical solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and expand market presence in Malaysia.
Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Understand company products and solutions to effectively address customer needs and technical requirements.
Support the preparation of sales materials, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Participate in lead generation activities such as networking events, workshops, and exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to support ongoing business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
Minimum 5-8 years B2B experience
Prior experience in technical sales or solution-based selling
Strong hunter mindset with the drive to pursue and close new business opportunities
Able to travel within Malaysia
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
