GoldPhield is currently partnering with a well-established international organization to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional legal team supporting business operations across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, customer, confidentiality, and partnership agreements
Support business teams in identifying legal risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to support ongoing business initiatives
Contribute to legal projects, contract management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, gained in private practice and/or in-house
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business environment
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideally Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
