GoldPhield is supporting a global MNC in engineering and services on a confidential search for a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive based in Malaysia. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a technical background, eager to grow within a structured, international environment. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and offering tailored technical solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and expand market presence in Malaysia.

• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.

• Understand company products and solutions to effectively address customer needs and technical requirements.

• Support the preparation of sales materials, including presentations and product demonstrations.

• Participate in lead generation activities such as networking events, workshops, and exhibitions.

• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to support ongoing business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field

• Minimum 5-8 years B2B experience

• Prior experience in technical sales or solution-based selling

• Strong hunter mindset with the drive to pursue and close new business opportunities

• Able to travel within Malaysia

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
