Position Overview:
GoldPhield is currently conducting a confidential search for a Sales Manager to lead the sales function for a prominent multinational company in the industrial automation sector, based in Singapore. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with deep domain knowledge and a proven track record in industrial and electrical automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business development and market expansion.

  • Mentor and train newly onboarded sales engineers to ensure high team performance.

  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with the project and delivery teams.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with end-users, OEMs, and system integrators.

  • Drive market share growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities against competitors.

  • Oversee sales team performance and lead recruitment efforts for future team expansion.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial automation sector.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical automation solutions is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams.

  • Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred due to operational requirements.
