Position Overview:
GoldPhield is partnering with a client to recruit a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of independently managing day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring HR compliance and best practices are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding

  • Administer and oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee benefits, and records management

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees and managers

  • Assist in HR projects and support strategic initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only
