Position Overview:
GoldPhield is partnering with a client to recruit a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of independently managing day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring HR compliance and best practices are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Administer and oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee benefits, and records management
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies
Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees and managers
Assist in HR projects and support strategic initiatives as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7–10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only
