GoldPhield is partnering with a client to recruit a Treasury Manager. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting regional treasury and financial operations, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. The position plays a key role in driving strategic treasury initiatives, managing cash and financial risk, and ensuring sound financial management across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions, including overseeing bank guarantee issuance and negotiating competitive loan terms
Design and execute hedging strategies to protect the business from currency and interest rate fluctuations
Monitor and manage financial risks related to FX exposure, interest rates, and investment performance
Prepare and review detailed cash flow projections and monitor off-balance sheet liabilities
Compute intercompany interest charges and work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely ledger entries
Work cross-functionally with teams to coordinate fund drawdowns and internal funding processes
Lead the end-to-end process for corporate loan documentation and approvals
Oversee daily liquidity and cash positioning across the group, ensuring optimal cash utilization
Draft and manage intercompany loan agreements to support group-level funding strategies
Ensure alignment with all financial compliance and reporting standards
Maintain meticulous financial documentation to support audits and internal/external reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in treasury operations, financial management, and corporate finance
Proven ability to manage banking relationships and financial risk instruments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial products and reporting tools
Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
