GoldPhield is currently conducting a confidential search for a Sales Manager to lead the sales function for a prominent multinational company in the industrial automation sector, based in Singapore. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with deep domain knowledge and a proven track record in industrial and electrical automation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategies for new business development and market expansion.
Mentor and train newly onboarded sales engineers to ensure high team performance.
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with the project and delivery teams.
Strengthen and expand relationships with end-users, OEMs, and system integrators.
Drive market share growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities against competitors.
Oversee sales team performance and lead recruitment efforts for future team expansion.
Requirements
10–15 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial automation sector.
Strong knowledge of electrical automation solutions is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred due to operational requirements.
