GoldPhield is partnering with a client to recruit a Finance Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and tax governance for the business in Australia. This role involves managing fiscal records, cash and treasury functions, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fiscal records in compliance with company accounting policies.
Generate financial reports, such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely monthly closing procedures.
Collaborate with finance teams for monthly reporting and analysis.
Prepare budgets for project development and operational expenses.
Execute financial management activities, including expenditure analysis and forecasting.
Manage cash and treasury functions, including fund management and FX exposure.
Assess and manage business risks, supporting decision-making.
Execute tax governance and provide tax advisory.
Requirements:
With over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in finance and accounting, candidates should be CPA/CA qualified.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel as required.
