GoldPhield is partnering with a client to recruit a Finance Manager who will lead Financial Planning & Analysis and manage the financial oversight of all project-related entities. This role will help design and implement a framework for periodic strategic reviews and performance reporting to the board and shareholders. Key responsibilities include cost tracking, ensuring the implementation of Accounting and Tax Due Diligence recommendations across regional projects, and providing advisory on structuring, tax, credit risk assessment, and financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A activities, including cash flow and liquidity planning, to support management decisions.

• Collaborate with regional investment managers to monitor progress against the regional business plan.

• Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment of actuals with budgeted figures.

• Develop business cases for projects, conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses.

• Support annual audits for project companies across multiple jurisdictions in Asia.

• Facilitate the implementation of accounting, tax, and structuring due diligence.

• Monitor due diligence and development expenses across projects.

• Provide performance reporting across various projects and business lines.

• Experienced in setting up entities at the regional level.

• Identify an MIS platform to enhance report generation, data analysis, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in construction or development projects, with a focus on project controlling.

• Professional certification required: ACCA, CA, or CPA.

• Knowledge of tax structuring, with strong skills in applying technical accounting and tax guidance.

• Proven experience in FX management and hedging strategies, preferably within regional markets.

• Experience in ERP implementation to enhance accuracy in budget tracking.

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
